To simply explain, class 1 allows him to drive virtually any big vehicle; class 2, any school/activity buses and special vehicles.

Class 3 allows the operation of any tow truck/ dump truck with more than 2 axles. He holds a professional Class 4 chauffeur's license as well as a Crane Safety certificate at Level A.
